摘要
目的探讨丁桂凝胶贴膏对佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠的治疗作用及机制。方法建立弗氏佐剂大鼠模型,分为空白组、模型组、扶他林组、基质组、丁桂凝胶贴膏高剂量组、丁桂凝胶贴膏等效剂量组、丁桂活络膏组,测定各组大鼠的足周长差值、血清IgG、IgM、TNF-α、IL-1、5-HT、PGE2、NO含量、足部病理组织学检查。结果与模型组比较,丁桂凝胶贴膏高剂量组在足周长差值、血清NO、IgM及IL-1水平,以及原发足的生理病变上均有显著改善(P<0.05),丁桂凝胶贴膏等效剂量组在血清IgM及IL-1水平上有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论丁桂凝胶贴膏高剂量组可通过下调NO、IgM及IL-1水平来改善佐剂性关节炎大鼠症状及组织病理损伤。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Ding Gui gel plaster on adjuvant arthritis in rats.Methods A Freund adjuvant rat model is established,which is divided into blank group,model group,Valetin group,matrix group,high dose group of Ding Gui gel plaster,equivalent dose group of Ding Gui gel plaster,and Ding Gui Huo Luo ointment group.The difference of foot circumference,serum IgG,IgM,TNFalpha,IL-1,5-HT,PGE2,NO content and pathological examination of foot are measured in each group.Results Compared with the model group,the high dose group of Ding Gui gel has significant difference in the difference of foot circumference,serum NO,IgM and IL-1 levels,and the physiological changes of the primary foot(P<0.05).The equivalent dose group of Ding Gui gel has significant improvement in serum IgM and IL-1 level(P<0.05).Conclusion The high dose group of Ding Gui gel can improve the symptoms and histopathological damage in rats with adjuvant arthritis by reducing the levels of NO,IgM and IL-1.
