摘要
直喷柴油发动机因其良好的耐久性和燃油经济性,广泛应用于工农业生产实际中,但其燃油经济性和排放特性仍有改善空间.应用Kiva3v程序,以不同曲轴转角下的平均温度和平均压力为考核指标,与文献实测值和计算值验证考核基础上,模拟分析了1105型直喷柴油机燃烧室内局部氧浓度和温度的相互关系.结果发现沿计算域周向方向上温度和氧浓度的变化表现出四个周期,和模型设置的燃油喷束位置对应.此外,温度及其梯度和氧浓度及其梯度在各观测线和观测面内的变化特性呈现出反相关性质.
Direct interjection(DI)diesel engine is widely used in industrial and agricultural production because of its durability and fuel economy.There is still room for the improvement in fuel economy and emission.In this paper,Kiva3 v program is used to the simulation of analyzing the relationship between temperature and oxygen concentration in the cylinder of 1105 DI diesel engine,the accuracy is checked with average temperature and pressure at different crankshaft angle.The results show that the characteristic of temperature and oxygen concentration have 4 cycles along circumferential direction in computational domain,which is corresponding to the fuel injection in this physical model.On the other hand,the characteristics of temperature and its gradient are opposite to the characteristics of oxygen concentration and its gradient.
