摘要
精细分级旋流器在铁矿细磨分级工艺相比常规旋流器有明显的分级效率优势,可以减轻矿物过磨,实现大直径旋流器的细粒级分级。在某铁矿二段球磨磨矿细度-0.045mm为80%分级改造中,FX400精细分级旋流器相比FX350标准型旋流器分级质效率提高8.79%。在某悬浮磁化焙烧铁矿立磨磨矿分级工艺中,FX350精细旋流器溢流细度-0.048mm为89%,分级质效率达到63.96%。
Efficient-fine cyclone has obvious classification efficiency advantages in iron ore fine grinding classification process compared with the conventional cyclone. It can reduce over-grinding of ores and achieve the fine fraction classification of large-diameter cyclone. In a iron ore second-stage ball mill grinding and classification with fineness of-325 mesh taking up 80%, classification quality efficiency of FX400 efficient-fine cyclone improves by 8.79% compared with FX350 standard cyclone. In vertical grinding and classification process of a suspended magnetic roasted iron ore, overflow fineness of FX350 efficient-fine cyclone is-300 mesh taking up 89%, and classification quality efficiency reaches 63.96%.
