摘要
考查了磁场强度、磨矿细度对铁分选指标的影响。采用预先分级抛废、粗磨选别 ,粗精矿再磨再选的工艺流程 ,提高了原矿的处理量 ,降低了磨矿成本 ,取得了铁精矿品位6 5 .5 4% ,铁回收率 94.1 1 %的技术指标。
The effects of magnetic field intensity and grinding granularity on magnetic separation index of Fe were investigated. Preliminary classification of ore was carried out followed by magnetic separation to remove part of the gangue. A mineral processing flowsheet of coarse grinding followed by magnetic separation and then regrinding and concentrating of coarse concentrate was performed, increasing the productive capacity of the raw ore and lowering the grinding cost. Iron concentrate of 65.54%Fe with the recovery of 94.11% was obtained.
