摘要
介绍了餐饮服务与管理方式的主要特征、特殊性。阐述了餐饮服务与管理方式存在的主要问题,如餐饮行业软硬件设施不全,餐饮服务内容的创新意识不强,餐厅服务不能满足人性化需求。提出运用信息化手段强化餐饮服务管理,包括建立电子客户数据库,加强员工培训力度,运用信息化手段与客户沟通。
This paper introduces the concept, main characteristics and particularity of catering service and management. It expounds the main problems existing in catering service and management mode, such as the incomplete software and hardware facilities in the catering industry, the weak innovation awareness of the catering service content, and the restaurant service unable to meet the humanized demand. It puts forward strategies of using information technology to strengthen the management of catering service, including establishing electronic customer database, strengthening staff training, and using information technology to communicate with customers.
