摘要
为探索积极心理学视阈下团体心理辅导对高校学生干部心理素质提升的作用,公开招募高校学生干部35名,采用2(实验组vs对照组)*2(前测vs后测)的实验设计。实验组接受为期8周的团体心理辅导(2 h/每周一次)。对照组不做处理,运用《简明大学生心理素质量表(健康版) 》评估干预效果。研究发现,干预后,实验组的开放性、自控性、乐观性、社会适应、人际适应和情绪适应6个因子的得分显著提高。结果证明,积极心理学视阈下的团体心理辅导能够有效提升高校学生干部的心理素质。
In order to explore the effect of group psychological guidance on the improvement of the psychological quality of college students’ cadres from the perspective of positive psychology, 35 college students’ cadres were recruited in public. The experimental design was 2 (experimental group vs control group) × 2 (pretest vs posttest). The experimental group received group psychological guidance for 8 weeks (2 hours/once a week). The control group did not deal with it. The brief psychological guidance for college students was used. The intervention effect was evaluated by the element quality table (health version). It was found that after intervention, the scores of 6 factors in the experimental group were significantly improved, including openness, self-control, optimism, social adaptation, interpersonal adaptation and emotional adaptation. The results show that group psychological guidance from the perspective of positive psychology can effectively improve the psychological quality of college student cadres.
