摘要
调解是融“情、理、法”为一体的,通过纠纷化解实现社会秩序建构的途径之一,尤其是在经济发达地区,调解对社会秩序建构能起到举足轻重的作用。“瑞安式调解”经过多年的探索,走出了一条以精细化组织、全过程贯通、新居民参与的特色调解之路,在调解过程中注重对“情、理、法”的贯穿和对接,充分运用乡音、乡情、乡俗深化“事结心了”,实现了经济社会转型过程“情、理、法”三要素参与社会秩序建构的规范作用。
Mediation,which combines emotion,reason and law,is one of the most effective ways to defuse dispute in order to structure the social order,especially in economically developed areas.Mediation plays an decisive role in the construction of social order.Ruian mediation,explored for many years,has walked out a road of characteristic mediation with fine organization,whole process and new residents'participation.In the process of mediation,it pays attention to the penetration and docking of“emotion,reason and law”.The use of local accent,provincialism,and customs to deepen the“things of the heart”,which has realized the normalized usage of the three elements of“emotion,reason and law”to participate in the construction of social order in the process of economic and social transformation.
