摘要
目的探讨附子理中汤对脾胃虚寒型胃癌术后患者的化疗增效减毒作用。方法:将96例胃癌患者随机分为对照组48例和观察组48例,对照组患者术后单纯化疗,观察组在化疗的基础上加用附子理中汤,观察2组患者化疗前后免疫系统功能监测化疗期间的不良反应。结果:较治疗前,治疗后观察组患者外周血中CD3^+、CD4^+水平变化不明显,CD8^+减少,CD4^+/CD8^+明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后,对照组和观察组不良反应均以Ⅰ-Ⅱ级为主,且观察组不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脾胃虚寒型患者在化疗基础上加用附子理中汤,可提高其免疫水平,降低化疗不良反应,起到增效减毒的作用。
Objective:To discuss the effects-enhancing and toxicity-reducing functions of Fuzi Lizhong Tang on postoperative chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer of spleen-stomach cold-deficiency pattern.Methods:All 96 patients were randomly allocated to the control group(48 cases) and the observation group(48 cases),the control group accepted postoperative chemotherapy,and the observation group took Fuzi Lizhong Tang based on chemotherapy,to observe immune system function in both groups before and after chemotherapy,and monitor adverse reaction during chemotherapy period.Results:Compared with before treating,the changes of CD3^+and CD4^+in peripheral blood of the patients in the observation group after treating were insignificant,the levels of CD8^+reduced,CD4^+/CD8^+rose notably(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the difference showed statistical meaning when CD8^+level,CD4^+/CD8^+were compared with these of the control group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,adverse reaction of the control group and the observation group were in grade of Ⅰ-Ⅱ mainly,and total incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that of the control group obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the foundation of chemotherapy,Fuzi Lizhong Tang could lift immunologic function of the patients with gastric cancer of spleenstomach cold-deficiency pattern and reduce adverse reaction of chemotherapy,and it could play the role of effects-enhancing and toxicity-reducing.
