摘要
形气神同病是中医对疾病病机的高度概括,肿瘤亦不例外。表观遗传失控对生命活动及情志的影响揭示了神失所倚的生物学效应,肿瘤微环境的免疫抑制与代谢物堆积反映出气的功能异常,肿瘤的增殖进展体现形之改变。表观遗传异常调控及由此引起的肿瘤微环境改变致使肿瘤发生发展这一过程正是肿瘤“形气神同病”病理演进的微观映射。本文通过探析形气神同病的生物学内涵,提出基于“形气神同病”的肿瘤证治方法,以期为中医整体论治肿瘤的基础和临床研究提供新思路。
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),a disease involves the simultaneous disorders of body,qi,and spirit,and tumor is not an exception.The effects of epigenetic dysregulation on life activities and emotions reflect the biological effects of losing spirit.The immunosuppression of tumor microenvironment and the accumulation of metabolites reflect the abnormal function of qi.The proliferation of tumor cells is indicative of a body change.Epigenetic dysregulation results in the changes of tumor microenvironment and further promotes tumorigenesis and tumor progression.This is the microcosmic reflection of the pathological evolution of tumor involving the simultaneous disorder of body,qi,and spirit.This article puts forward a method of tumor diagnosis and treatment based on the theory of simultaneous disorders of body,qi,and spirit by exploring the biological connotation of this disease,aiming to provide a new idea for the TCM treatment and clinical research of tumor from a holistic view.
