摘要
目的观察、分析护理风险管理在手外伤患者外周静脉留置针输液中的效果。方法选取该院就诊的外周静脉留置针输液患者156例作为研究对象;随机分为常规组和干预组,每组128例。常规组采取常规护理路径,干预组应用护理风险管理干预路径,对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果干预组患者护理风险发生率明显低于常规组,护理满意度明显优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外周静脉留置针输液患者的护理过程中,相比于常规护理路径来说,应用护理风险管理干预路径的护理效果更为显著,有效的降低护理风险发生率,提高护理满意度,值得应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing risk management on peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion in patients with hand trauma.Methods A total of 156 cases of peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion patients were selected as the study objects.Randomly divided into the conventional group and the intervention group.In each group,there were 128 cases.The routine group adopted the routine nursing path,while the intervention group applied the nursing risk management intervention path.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of nursing risk in the intervention group was 9.0%,and that in the conventional group was 33.3%.The incidence of nursing risk in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of nursing satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 93.6%,and that of the conventional group was 70.5%.The intervention group was significantly better than the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of patients with peripheral venous indweling needle infusion,compared with the conventional nursing path,the nursing effect of applying nursing risk management intervention path is more significant,effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of application.
