摘要
目的研讨门诊输液室护理中运用健康教育的价值和护理效果。方法选择2023年12月至2024年12月期间门诊输液患者100例为研究对象,随机数表法分组至对照组(组内50例,予以常规护理)和研究组(组内50例,予以常规护理+健康教育),比较患者健康知识掌握情况、护理依从性、满意度与输液风险事件发生率。结果健康知识掌握率、护理依从性、护理满意度均研究组较高,P<0.05;输液风险事件发生率研究组低,P<0.05。结论在门诊输液室护理中落实健康教育,可让输液患者掌握相应的护理配合要点、疾病知识,提升患者依从性与满意度,患者输液期间出现不良事件的概率低,值得运用。
Objective To explore the value and nursing effectiveness of using health education in outpatient infusion room nursing.Method 100 outpatient infusion patients from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases in the group,receiving routine care)and a study group(50 cases in the group,receiving routine care+health education)using a random number table method.The patients'mastery of health knowledge,nursing compliance,satisfaction,and incidence of infusion risk events were compared.Result The study group had a higher mastery rate of health knowledge,nursing compliance,and nursing satisfaction,P<0.05;The incidence of infusion risk events was low in the study group,P<0.05.Conclusion Implementing health education in outpatient infusion room nursing can enable infusion patients to master corresponding nursing cooperation points and disease knowledge,improve patient compliance and satisfaction,and reduce the probability of adverse events during infusion,which is worth applying.
