摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取昆明市第一人民医院心内科于2018年6月至2019年3月接收的冠心病心力衰竭患者109例,以随机数表法分配为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=54),109例患者均给予常规治疗,观察组额外采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪进行治疗。结果观察组临床疗效为96.36%,显著高于对照组(74.07%,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的心功能情况和运动耐力情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后心功能改善情况和运动耐力提升情况,观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的B型脑钠肽(BNP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后BNP、CRP水平显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合使用美托洛尔和曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭,能够对患者的心功能和运动耐力产生有效的改善作用,显著提升患者的临床疗效,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 109 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure received in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=54).109 patients were given routine treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group 96.36%was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.07%,P<0.05).Before treatment,the cardiac function and exercise endurance of the two groups were similar(P>0.05);after treatment,the improvement of cardiac function and exercise endurance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of BNP and CRP in both groups were equal(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of BNP and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of metoprolol and trimetazidine in the treatment of CHF can effectively improve the cardiac function and exercise endurance of patients with CHD,significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and has high clinical application value.
