摘要
近年来,多层厂房机器布置不当引起的楼板振动时有发生,为了研究在机器激励下楼板的振动问题,结合某商品厂房的生产车间技改后楼板出现振动的工程实例,通过锤击法测试了楼板的自振频率分布,利用ANSYS和SAP2000建立了楼板的简化模型并对比分析了结构的动力特性,分析了楼板振动的原因。根据现场实测振动加速度响应数据,采用不同的评价方法对机器激励致使车间楼板振动给予量化评价,为类似实际工程提供参考。
Slab vibrations can be caused by improper arrangement of machine. The vibration of slab under machine excitation was studied in this paper. The vibration characteristics of the slab was dertermined by the Hammering Method. Using the software of SAP2000 and ANSYS, the FE model was created, and the slab's dynamic characteristics were compared. The reasons of vibration were analyzed. Along with the vibration ac- celeration response data, the vibration evaluation was presented with different evaluation methods, which can provide reference for similar engineering projects.
