The important exposition of President Xi * s Healthy China strategy in the new era is the guidance for Chinese hygieneand health work. The right to health is the basic theory of the rule of law to implement the Healthy China strategy. HealthyChina must be institutionally guaranteed by the rule of law in medical and health services. The basic thought of grasping its essenceof rule of law in Healthy China strategy in the new era is to take the people * s health at the center and follow Chinese characteristics.The rule of law in medical and health care can achieve the institutionalization and standardization, which provides a solid legal guarantee for the implementation of Healthy China strategy.
