摘要
农产品以及生鲜品需要最大限度保障从最初的形态最终安全运输到用户手中,一方面,这类产品容易腐烂;另外一方面,运输时间较长,因此,整个过程保鲜极为重要。而冷链物流则可以为农产品提供储藏、运输以及生产等过程中的低温。冷链物流与传统物流相比,技术要求更高、投资要求更大,并且在国家的重视下,该行业得以快速发展。文中以A公司的农产品冷链物流为研究对象,从该公司冷链物流的现状入手,对其冷链物流发展战略方面提出了一些建议,以期能够推动我国整个农产品冷链物流健康发展,从而为推动物流经济发展做出贡献。
Agricultural products and fresh products need to be transported safely from the initial form to the user.On the one hand,these products are easy to rot,on the other hand,they are transported for a long time.Therefore,the whole process of preservation is extremely important.The cold chain logistics can provide low temperature for the storage,transportation and production of agricultural products.Compared with traditional logistics,cold chain logistics has higher technical requirements and higher investment requirements,and under the national attention,the industry has developed rapidly.In this paper,the cold chain logistics of agricultural products of A is taken as the research object.Based on the current situation of the cold chain logistics of the company,some suggestions on the formulation of its cold chain logistics development strategy are put forward,hoping to promote the healthy development of the whole agricultural product cold chain logistics and contribute to the economic development of pushing the animal flow.
