摘要
金川龙首矿固结粉胶凝材料早期强度低,影响固结粉在金川矿山推广应用,为此开展固结粉细度分析以及充填料浆配比研究。首先,对原状固结粉进行0.5,1.0h和1.5h粉磨,获得比表面积分别为510,530 m^2/kg和570 m^2/kg固结粉胶凝材料。然后,针对不同细度固结粉开展胶结充填体强度试验。结果显示,当料浆浓度为80%、粉磨0.5h固粉磨胶凝材料掺量为300kg/m^3时,胶结充填体3,7d和28d强度分别达到1.60,2.72MPa和5.08MPa。粉磨1.0h的固结粉胶结充填体3,7d和28d强度分别达到1.81,3.19MPa和4.84MPa。结果表明,当固结粉平均比表面积520m^2/kg、混合骨料胶结充填体3d平均强度达到1.7 MPa,7d强达到3.0MPa,28d强度达到5.0MPa,可满足金川矿山胶结充填体强度要求。相同条件下水泥胶结充填体3,7d和28d强度分别达到1.67,2.62 MPa和4.50 MPa。由此可见,通过粉磨和优化配比决策获得的固结粉胶凝材料可满足金川矿山充填体强度要求,而且胶凝材料成本要低于水泥。
In view of the low early strength of consolidation powder cementing material affecting its application in Jinchuan mine,the fineness of consolidation powder and the proportioning of filling slurry were studied.Firstly,the undisturbed consolidation powder was grinded 0.5,1.0 and 1.5 hto obtain the cementing materials with specific surface areas of 510,530 and 570 m^2/kg,respectively.Then the strength test of cementing backfill was carried out according to the cementing powder with different fineness.The results showed that when the slurry concentration was 80%and the mixing amount of consolidation cementing materials was 300 kg/m^3 after 0.5 hof grinding,the strength of cementing backfill for 3,7 and 28 dreached 1.60,2.72 and 5.08 MPa respectively.After 1.0 hours of grinding,the strength of cementing backfill for 3,7 and 28 dreached 1.81,3.19 and 4.84 MPa,respectively.The results showed that when the average surface area of consolidation powder was 520 m^2/kg,the average strength of mixed aggregate cementing backfill for 3,7 and 28 dreached 1.7,3.0 and 5.0 MPa respectively,which met the requirements of backfill strength in Jinchuan Mine.Under the same conditions,the strength of cement backfill for 3,7 and28 dreached 1.67,2.62 and 4.50 MPa respectively.It was found that the consolidation powder cementing materials obtained by grinding and proportioning optimization can meet the strength requirements of backfill in Jinchuan mine,and its cost was lower than that of cement.
