摘要
人工智能对酒店从业者带来了挑战,也在增加就业岗位、提高工作效率、提升服务质量、规避职业风险等方面带来了机遇。人工智能虽然促使酒店从业者的工作方式发生改变,但是并不意味着失去大量的就业机会,在一些关键和重要岗位以及执行一些重要任务方面,人类依然存在自身的优越性。酒店从业者需要不断学习新的知识和提高专业技能,通过自我完善努力适应科技进步和时代发展的需要。
The Artificial intelligence has brought the challenges to hotel practitioners, and also brought the opportunities to increase the employment, to improve the work efficiency and the service quality and to avoid the occupational risks. The artificial intelligence does not means the lost of employment opportunites, but the change of the working style of the hotel practitioners.Human beings still have their own advantages in some key and important positions and tasks.The hotel practitioners need to constantly learn new knowledge and improve professional skills, in order to strive to adapt to the needs of scientific and technological progress and the development of the times through their own improvement.
