摘要
"智能+"与产业深度融合是我国当前和未来一段时间推动经济转型的新动能,也是我国零售业面临的重大历史机遇和挑战。文章基于我国零售业组织层面转型发展的研究现状,从三个方面论证了组织层面转型的必要性,一是组织机制的创新驱动,二是新零售企业边界重构的需要,三是新零售需要在"去中间化"与"再中间化"之间进行权衡。在此基础上,从组织机制、结构和形式三个层面提出"智能+"时代转型新零售的路径。其中,实现新零售组织机制转型需重点考虑组织纵向关系的重构,建立全渠道的组织机制,组织结构转型需关注新零售业态以及优化虚实结构。最后,重点针对连锁百货、社区型零售业态,从重塑渠道价值、实现精准定位等视角提出组织形式层面转型新零售的路径。
The inte gration of"smart+"and industry is a new kinetic energy for China’s current and future period of economic transformation,and also a major historical opportunity and challenge for China’s retail industry.Based on the current research status of organizational transformation and development of the retail industry in China,this paper demonstrates the necessity of organizational transformation in three aspects.The first is the innovation drive of the organizational mechanism,the second is the need to restructure the boundaries of new retail enterprises,and the last is new retail needs to make a trade-off between"de-intermediate"and"re-intermediate".On this basis,this paper proposes the path of transforming new retail in the"smart+"era from three levels of organization mechanism,structure and form.Among them,the path to realize the transformation of the new retail organization mechanism needs to focus on the reconstruction of the vertical relationship of the organization and the establishment of an Omni-channel organizational mechanism.The organizational structure transformation needs to pay attention to the optimization of the new retail format and the virtual and real structure.Finally,this paper focuses on the chain department store and community-based retail format,proposes the path of transforming new retail at the organizational level from the perspective of reshaping the channel value and achieving precise positioning.
