摘要
核能发电机转子包装在运输过程中对保护产品起着重要的作用。为了更好的保护产品,提高转子包装质量,对某核电转子包装进行有限元分析。本文对核电转子包装进行三维建模、网格划分,依据产品运输过程中的实际情况,选取满载弯曲、起吊过程、惯性冲击、运输包装转弯四种典型工况对核电转子包装加载载荷和约束,分析求解各种典型工况的应力、应变,并在实际运输过程中进行验证。本文通过对核电转子包装结构进行有限元分析,为理论计算提供强有力的依据,对公司实际生产具有指导意义,使得包装设计方法更趋科学完善。
Nuclear generator rotor packaging plays an important role in protecting products during transportation.In order to protect products better and improve the quality of rotor packaging,analysis of nuclear power rotor packaging is used by the finite element.This passage uses three-dimensional modeling and meshing in nuclear power rotor packaging,considering the actual transportation conditions,loading load and constraints on nuclear power rotor packaging during four typical working conditions:full load bending,lifting process,inertial impact and turning of transport package.This paper analyzes and solves the stress and strain of the typical working conditions,and verifies in the actual transportation process.The finite element analysis of the nuclear power rotor packaging structure provides a strong basis for theoretical calculation,and guides the practical producing,which making the packaging design method more scientific and perfect.
