摘要
运用Pro/E建模建立园林排土机钢结构间联结方式,并通过ANSYS进行有限元仿真,结果显示,该联结方式中最大接触应力发生在钢结构本体和连接板接触面对应位置,而最大等效应力集中于螺栓尾部与钢板联结的最末端。针对此结果本文还提出相应解决方法。
Building solid model of garden spreader connection between steel structure by Pro/Engineer and by ANSYS finite element simulation, which stated in the paper. The results show that the maximum contact stress occurs at the corresponding position of the connecting plate contact surface and the steel structure body in the connection mode, And the maximum equivalent stress concentrates on the bolt tail and the steel plate extreme end. According to this result, the paper also puts forward the corresponding solutions.
