摘要
结合安徽省制造企业的现状及特点,分析管理效率的内涵及对企业发展的作用,构建制造业管理效率综合指标评价体系,并采用超效率数据包络分析方法对安徽省10家上市制造企业的管理效率进行排序与对比。制造企业既要注重经济效益,也要关注社会责任,坚持自主创新。
Based on the current situation and characteristics of manufacturing enterprises in Anhui Province, this paper analyzes the connotation of management efficiency and its effect on the enterprises’ development, constructs a comprehensive index evaluation system of manufacturing industry’s management efficiency, and adopts the method of super-efficiency data envelopment analysis to rank and compare the management efficiency of 10 listed manufacturing enterprises in Anhui Province. Results show that manufacturing enterprises should not only pay attention to economic benefits, but also to social responsibility and adhere to independent innovation.
