摘要
考虑了风电场对电力系统的影响因素,在传统电力系统经济调度的基础上,在模型中加入了风电模型。在优化模型的约束条件中加入了正、负旋转备用容量的约束,以减少风电并入对电力系统的影响,增加电力系统的安全稳定运行。针对目前存在的弃风问题,在模型中加入风电利用率最大化目标函数,并提出R-NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解多目标经济调度模型。实例验证表明,所提出经济调度模型的合理性以及算法的有效性。
Considering the factors that affect the power system of the wind farm, a wind power model is added to the model based on the economic dispatch of traditional power systems. The constraints of positive and negative rotation reserve capacity are added to the constraints of the optimization model to reduce the impact of wind power integrating on the power system and increase the safe and stable operation of the power system. Aiming at the existing problem of abandoned wind, the maximum objective function of wind power utilization is added to the model, and the r-NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-objective economic dispatch model. The example verification shows the rationality of the proposed economic scheduling model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
