金银花复合中草药添加剂对黄羽肉鸡血液生化及免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:20

Effect of Lonicera japonica Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Additive on Blood Biochemistry and Immune Organ Index of Yellow-Feather Broilers

摘要 【目的】研究金银花(Lonicera japonica)和木香(Aucklandia lappa)组成的复合中草药添加剂对黄羽肉鸡(Gallus gallus)血液生化指标及免疫器官指数的影响。【方法】将150只12日龄的黄羽肉鸡随机分成1个正常饮水饲喂的对照组和4个分别用原药材质量分数为1%,1.5%,2%和3%的金银花复合中草药添加剂饲喂的处理组,分别于第27,43和59d随机选取各组黄羽肉鸡进行心脏采血和解剖,测定体质量和免疫器官质量,进而分析各组黄羽肉鸡血液生化指标及免疫器官指数的差异。【结果】与对照组相比,4个处理组的黄羽肉鸡血清中γ-谷氨酰基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、天门冬氨酸转移酶、肌酸激酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性和总胆固醇浓度有较明显的差异,它们的脾脏指数和法氏囊指数也有明显提高。【结论】金银花复合中草药添加剂在一定程度上可改善黄羽肉鸡的血液生化指标和帮助免疫器官生长发育,从而提高黄羽肉鸡的成活率,增强黄羽肉鸡的机体免疫功能。 [Purposes]To investigate the effectivity of Chinese herbal medicine additives composed of Lonicera japonica and Aucklandia lappaon blood biochemical indexes and immune organ indexes of yellow-feather broilers.[Methods]One hundred and fifty,12 days old yellow-feather broilers were randomly divided into 4 test groups and 1 control group.1%,1.5%,2%,and 3%of Lonicera japonicaextracts were added to daily drinking water in the test group.The control group consumes mineral water daily.On the27 th,43 rd,and 59 thday,each group of yellow-feather broilers were randomly selected to be taken blood from the heart artery and be dissected.The proportion of immune organs were weighted.The changes of blood biochemical indexes and immune organ indexes of yellow-feather broilers were analyzed.[Findings]Comparing with control group,the activity and total cholesterol concentration of gamma-glutamyl transferase,lactate dehydrogenase,aspartate transferase,creatine kinase and alkaline phosphatase in serum of yellow-feather broilers in 4 test groups were significantly different.The spleen index and bursa index of immune organs were also significantly increased.[Conclusions]To some extent,the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive can improve the blood biochemical indexes and help the growth and development of immune organs,so as to improve the survival rate and enhance the immune function of yellow-feather broilers.
