摘要
乡村振兴的产业共同体不同于产业融合,既具有产业融合的经济效益发展诉求,也具有共同体下的社会效益提升要求。对武家嘴村产业兴村实证调研的基础上,提炼新型乡村振兴治理模式--武家嘴产业共同体模式。基于产业共同体模式的实践总结,研究指出该模式是发展不同阶段中内生驱动因素、外嵌驱动因素和交互驱动因素交叠式持续发力的结果。这一模式及其形成机理从结构、行动、效益三个维度呈现一条具有地方特色的乡村振兴发展路径:一是产业融合主轴,产业转型与多元拓展;二是多要素交互作用圈,集体行动复杂适应需求;三是最佳价值实现点,经济社会效益双提升。研究的政策启示为乡村振兴战略实施中要以产业融合为基础提升经济社会效益,结合本地资源禀赋因地制宜地推进,以村民为中心推进富民强村和发挥党组织的核心引领作用。
The industrial community of rural revitalization is different from industrial integration, it not only has the economic benefit development demands of industrial integration, but also has the social benefit improvement requirements of the community. On the basis of the empirical investigation of the industrial village of Wujiazui Village, the model of the new rural revitalization governance-Wujiazui industrial community model was refined. Based on the practice summary of the industrial community model, the research indicates that the model is the result of the endogenous driving factors, the embedded driving factors and the interactive driving factors in the different stages of development. This model and its formation mechanism present a rural revitalization development path with local characteristics from the three dimensions of structure, action and benefit: first, taking industry integration as the main axis, industrial transformation and multi-dimensional expansion;second, the multi-element interaction circle, complex collective action adapt to the demand;third is the best value realization point, and the economic and social benefits are doubled. The policy implications of the study are to promote economic and social benefits based on industrial integration in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, to promote local resources and to promote the development of the people and the core of the party organization.
