玄武岩纤维改性碾压混凝土抗裂性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究目的:碾压混凝土性能优越,但作为路面材料缺乏深入研究,并且我国碾压混凝土基层的工程应用少,缺少明确的施工规范。本文以道路沥青路面玄武岩纤维改性碾压混凝土基层为研究对象,采用正交试验,确定最优的碾压混凝土级配方案,最后基于最优级配研究玄武岩纤维的不同掺量、不同长度对碾压混凝土抗裂性能影响特性。研究结论:(1)碾压混凝土设计级配建议选取为水泥用量240 kg/m^3、用水量110~120 kg/m^3、级配1、减水剂0.2%,此级配强度和压实度高、改进的VC值低;(2)适宜长度和掺量的玄武岩纤维可利于抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂强度、拉压比的增长,弹性模量和弹强比的降低,使得抗裂性能提高,考虑到经济因素,建议选取26 mm玄武岩纤维、掺量为0.1%的改性碾压混凝土开展设计和施工推广;(3)本研究成果主要应用在道路路面基层工程领域,对今后碾压混凝土基层的设计和施工具有借鉴意义。 Research purposes:Roller compacted concrete(RCC)has superior performance,but it is lack of in-depth study as pavement material,and the engineering application of RCC base in China is few,lack of clear construction specifications.In this paper,RCC base modified by basalt fiber of road asphalt pavement is taken as the research object.Orthogonal test is adopted to determine the optimal RCC gradation scheme.Finally,based on the optimal gradation,the influence characteristics of different content and length of basalt fiber on the crack resistance of RCC are studied.Research conclusions:(1)It is recommended to select the grade of RCC design for 240 kg/m^3 of cement,110~120 kg/m^3 of water consumption,grade 1,and 0.2%of water reducer.The grade strength and compactness are high,and the improved VC value is low.(2)The appropriate length and content of basalt fibers can be conducive to the growth of the compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting strength,tension and compression ratio,the decrease of the elastic modulus and elastic strength ratio,and can improve anti-cracking performance.Considering the economic factors,it is suggested to select modified RCC with 26 mm basalt fiber and 0.1%content for design and construction.(3)The research results are mainly applied in the field of road basement engineering,providing reference for the design and construction of RCC base in the future.
