摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆配合化痰通脉方治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将冠心病稳定型心绞痛病人116例按照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组58例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上给予耳穴压豆配合化痰通脉方治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、血脂、血液流变学指标、心电图有效率;并比较治疗后两组硝酸甘油停减率和随访12个月心脏缺血事件发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组;总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、全血黏度、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原含量均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组(P<0.01);心电图总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后硝酸甘油停减率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访12个月,治疗组心脏缺血事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆配合化痰通脉方可改善冠心病稳定型心绞痛病人血脂、血液流变学及中医证候,疗效确切,且安全性较好。
Objective To study the clinical effect of auricular point pressing bean combined with Huatan Tongmai therapy on stable angina pectoris.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina were divided into 2 groups according to the random table method,with 58 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given the conventional western medicine,the patients in treatment group were treated with auricular point pressing bean based on the conventional western medical treatment.TCM syndrome,blood fat,hemorheology index,electrocardiogram effectiveness were compared between two groups.The decreasing rate of nitroglycerin after treatment and the incidence of cardiac ischemia after follow-up for 12 months in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome score of treatment group is lower than that of the control group,cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01);High density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),electrocardiogram efficient was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The decreasing rate of nitroglycerin after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Followed up for 12 months,the incidence of cardiac ischemia of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing bean could reduce blood lipids,hemorheology indexes,improve TCM syndromes,and has a definite effect and safe in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.
