摘要
血脂异常作为动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)形成进展中核心致病因素的一个组成部分,具有极为重要的意义,其中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)是关键影响因素。对于预防和治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,简称冠心病(CHD),纠正血脂异常是必要的措施,也是国内外研究者关注的热点。近年来调脂方式颇有进展,西医上从单纯药物治疗扩展为皮下针剂治疗,中医包括中药方剂、中成药、针灸、耳穴压豆等方式,各具不同的调脂优势。本文旨在总结近5年来现代医学和中医学上对于血脂异常在CHD发生机制中关键致病性的认识及相应治疗方法,以期为CHD的防治提供理论参考。
Dyslipidemia,as a component of the core pathogenic factor in the formation and progress of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD),is of great significance,in which low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)is the key impacting factor.The correction of dyslipidemia is a necessary measure for the prevention and treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease abbreviated as coronary heart disease(CHD),which has also become the focus of concern by researchers both at home and abroad.In recent years,considerable progress has been made in the methods of lipid regulation.In western medicine,the treatment has been expanded from single drug treatment to subcutaneous injection treatment.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the methods including Chinese materia medica prescriptions,Chinese patent medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,auricular points plaster therapy and other methods,with different advantages in lipid regulation.The purpose of this research is to summarize the understanding of the key pathogenicity of dyslipidemia in the pathogenesis of CHD and the corresponding treatment in modern medicine and TCM in the past five years,thus providing a theoretical reference for the prevention and treatm ent of CHD.
