摘要
“互联网+”时代的到来赋予高职院校心理健康教育教师专业发展以新的内涵,即职业角色更加立体化、拥有相当程度的专业自主权、特定的专业精神以及可持续发展的理念。面对职业角色定位模糊、身份归属混乱、外部支持系统缺位、个人成长动力不足等现实困境,高职院校心理健康教育教师的专业化建设可通过,国家层面强化政策支持,健全制度保障;学校层面创新管理理念,完善服务体系;教师自身树立发展意识,提升专业水平等路径来实现。
The arrival of the“Internet+”era gives a new connotation to the professional development of psychological health education teachers in vocational colleges,i.e.more three-dimensional professional roles,a considerable degree of professional autonomy,specific professional spirit and the concept of sustainable development.The paper states that the professional construction of teachers in psychological health education in vocational colleges can be realized by strength⁃ening policy support and perfecting system guarantee at the national level,innovating management ideas and perfecting service system at the school level,and teachers can establish their own awareness of development and improve their pro⁃fessional level.
