摘要
目的建立测定镇痫片中钙含量的原子吸收分光光度法。方法样品经微波消解,以原子吸收分光光度法测定镇痫片中钙的含量。结果钙质量浓度在0~6μg/m L范围内与仪器响应值线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.43%,RSD为2.51%(n=6)。结论该方法专属性强,准确性好、简单、灵敏,可用于镇痫片中的钙含量测定,且有助于评估样品质量和探讨其钙含量与疗效的关系,对微量元素在治疗癫痫中的药效学研究有一定指导意义。
Objective To establish the atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the content determination of calcium in Zhenxian Tablets.Methods The samples were digested by microwave and the content of calcium in Zhenxian Tablets was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results The linear relationship between the mass concentration of calcium and the response value of the instrument was good in the range of 0-6μg/m L.The average recovery was 99.43% and RSD was 2.51%(n=6).Conclusion The method is specific,accurate,simple and sensitive,which can be used for the content determination of calcium in Zhenxian Tablets.It is helpful to evaluate the quality of the samples and to investigate the relationship between the calcium content and the curative effect,which is of some guiding significance for the pharmacodynamics research of trace elements in the treatment of epilepsy.
