摘要
目的:评价曲安奈德和雷公藤多甙片治疗口腔扁平苔癣的效果及复发率。方法:选定本院收治的口腔扁平苔藓患者72例,研究时段自2016年1月至2018年1月,采取回顾性分析方法,分组原则以治疗方式差异性为主,分对照组(36例,曲安奈德治疗)、试验组(36例,曲安奈德联合雷公藤多苷片治疗),比较临床疗效、复发情况和治疗前后疼痛情况。结果:试验组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,试验组半年内复发率显著低于对照组,P<0.05(具统计学差异);治疗前7d试验组VAS评分与对照组相比存在差异,但P>0.05(不具统计学差异),治疗15d后两组VAS评分降低,且试验组低于对照组,P<0.05(具统计学差异)。结论:在口腔扁平苔藓治疗中,曲安奈德联合雷公藤多苷片治疗促进患者病情恢复,降低复发率,并可改善患者疼痛情况,患者接受度较高,值得借鉴。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and recurrence rate of triamcinolone acetonide and tripterygium wilfordii polyglucoside tablets in the treatment of oral lichen planus.Methods:Selected in our hospital treated 72 cases of patients with oral squamous moss,the period from January 2016 to January 2018,take retrospective analysis method of grouping principle is given priority to with treatment differences,points in the control group(36 cases,triamcinolone acetonide to treat),experimental group(36 cases,triamcinolone acetonide combined tripterygium wilfordii more glycosides treatment),to compare the clinical curative effect,relapse and pain before and after the treatment.Results:The total clinical effective ratein the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate within six monthsin the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05(with statistical difference).VAS score of the experimental group was different from that of the control group 7 days before treatment,but P>0.05(no statistical difference).VAS score of the two groups was decreased after treatment 15 days,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05(statistical difference).Conclusion:In oral lichen planus treatment,triamcinolone acetonide combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets can promote the recovery of patients,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the pain of patients,which is worthy of reference.
