摘要
目的探讨胸腺肽肠溶片联合曲安奈德软膏对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的近远期疗效。方法将98例糜烂型OLP患者按治疗用药分为两组，每组49例。两组均予以胸腺肽肠溶片治疗，研究组在此基础上联合曲安奈德软膏治疗，治疗2个月，随访6个月。比价两组显效时间、疼痛程度及复发率。结果研究组显效所用时间显著少于对照组（P〈0．01）。治疗1个月、6个月，研究组中度、重度疼痛率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），无痛及轻度疼痛率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。研究组复发率为6．12％，对照组为20．41％，观察组显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论胸腺肽肠溶片联合曲安奈德软膏治疗糜烂型扁平苔藓能快速显效，显著改善患者疼痛程度，降低疾病复发率，优于单用胸腺肽肠溶片治疗。
Objective To study the short-term and long-term curative effects of thymopeptides enteric-coa- ted tablets combined with triamcinolone acetonide ointment in treating EOLP patients. Methods 98 eases of TOLP patients were selected and divided into research group（n= 49） and contrast group （n= 49） according to the differences of medication. Patients were all given single thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets medication, while patients in the research group were given thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets combined with triamcinolone acetonide ointment medication. They were treated for 2 months and followed up for 6 months. Effectual time, pain degree and relapse rate between both groups were compared. Results The effectual time in the research group was significantly shorter than that in contrast group （P〈0.01）. One month and six month after medication, the degree of middle pain and severe pain in the research group were respectively significantly lower than the contrast group （P〈0.05）, and the degree of analgesia and mild pain were respectively significantly higher than the contrast group （P〈0.05）. The relapse rate in the research group （6.12%） was significantly lower than that in contrast group （20.41%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets combined with triamcinolone acetonide ointment is proved to be effective in treating EOLP patients, which help to improve the patients＇ pain degree, decrease the sickness relapse rate with good short-term and longterm curative effects, which is better than simple thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets.
