摘要
目的调查临床护士职业生涯成功感与职业倦怠的状况,分析两者之间的关系,为护理人力资源管理提供依据.方法采用职业生涯成功量表和护士职业倦怠量表对济宁市第一人民医院2018年3~4月的200名临床护士进行问卷调查.结果临床护士情绪衰竭为(26.35±5.21)分、去个性化为(9.27±2.34)分、低个人成就感为(28.68±6.16)分.护士职业生涯成功总分为(32.82±9.15)分.相关性分析显示,职业生涯成功与职业倦怠存在相关性(P<0.01),在控制一般资料的影响后,职业生涯成功感能分别独立解释情绪衰竭总变异的26.4%,去个性化总变异的27.6%,低个人成就感总变异的38.7%.结论临床护士职业生涯成功感水平较低,职业倦怠严重,职业成功是职业倦怠的预测因素.
To investigate the status of the sense of career success on job burnout of clinical nurses and analyze the relationship between the two,in order to provide basis for nursing human resource manage-ment.Methods The career success scale and the nurse burnout scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 200 clinical nurses in the hospital from March to April 2018.Results Clinical nurses'emotional exhaustion was(26.35±5.21)points,deindividuation was(9.27±2.34)points and low personal achievement was(28.68±6.16)points.Total points for career success for nurses was(32.82±9.15).Correlation analysis showed that there was a cor-relation between career success and job burnout(P<0.01).After controlling for the influence of general data,career success independently accounted for 26.4%of the total variation in emotional exhaustion,27.6%of the total variation in deindividuation,and 38.7%of the total variation in low personal achievement.Conclusions Clinical nurses have a lower sense of career success and serious job burnout.Job success is a predictor of job burnout.
