摘要
目的:了解漯河市护士职业倦怠的现状,预防和减少职业倦怠现象的发生。方法:采用中文版MBI量表对漯河市的市级、区县级和民营医院的586名护士进行了调查。结果:被调查护士整群抽样与国外常模的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同医院类型、不同科室、不同年龄阶段、不同学历层次之间的护士在职业倦怠的不同维度上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:漯河市护士群体存在严重的职业倦怠,在加强预防和矫治时,更应重视社会支持和组织情境的影响。
Objective To study the status of nurses＇ vocational burnout in Luohe City,and reduce the incidence of vocational burnout.Methods 586 cases of nurses from different kinds of hospitals in Luohe were chosen by cluster sampling and surveyed with Chinese Version of BMI Scale.Results There had statistically significant difference of vocational burnout between these sample and foreign norms（P〈0.05）.And there also had statistically significant difference of vocational burnout among different types of hospitals,different departments,different ages,and nurses＇ different educational levels（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nurses in Luohe City had severe vocational burnout.Influences of social support and organizational situation on vocational burnout should be paid attention to prevent and adjust it.
