摘要
由于高速铁路接触线张力大幅增加,弓网相对速度快,接触线磨损较为严重,快速、精确地检测接触线磨耗变得愈发重要。本文阐述了一种电气化铁路接触线磨耗动态检测方法,其原理是在激光补光的辅助下,通过线扫描相机拍摄接触线底部,采用双目测距原理进行测量,并通过分析不同相机拍摄到的局部磨耗情况归并计算出接触线完整的磨耗数据。该方法经上线实测,实现了快速检测接触线磨耗的目标。
The rapid and accurate inspection of contact wire wear is becoming more and more important since the dramatic increment of contact wire tensions, relative high speed of pantograph-catenary and the severe wear of contact wires. The paper illustrates a dynamic inspection method for contact wire wear for electrified railways, its principle is to photograph the contact wire bottom and perform the measurement by means of binocular ranging principle with support of laser supplementary lighting, classify and compute the complete wear data of contact wire after analyzing of local wear photographed by different cameras. Through online actual testing, the method is proved to be able to realize the target for rapid inspection of contact wire wear.
