摘要
在创新驱动发展的新时代,发展和规划科技商务区(TBD)成为创新城市建设与提升城市区域竞争能级的新抓手。文章将科技商务区与CBD、经开区、高新区、科创小镇、科学城等概念进行对比分析,明确了TBD的基本内涵,并从创城、创产、产城双向互动视角提出“创新空间化”和“空间创新化”、“产业创新化”和“创新产业化”、“职住平衡化”和“环境品质化”的规划策略,并将该策略引入杭州大江东产业集聚区战略规划与城市设计中进行了实证分析。
In innovation driven development era,technological and business district has become a new approach to improve urban competitive power.The paper compares the concepts of TBD,CBD,economic development zone,high tech zone,science and innovation town,science city et cetera,clarifies the connotation of TBD,and proposes space innovation,industry innovation,employment-residence quality improvement strategies from innovation-city integration,innovation-industry integration,and industry-city integration perspectives,and introduces the strategy into the plan and urban design of CBD of great Jiangdong district in Hangzhou.
