摘要
采用动态硫化技术,在Haake转矩流变仪上制备氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性弹性体(STPV),并确定了共混工艺对其性能的影响。结果表明,共混温度、转子转速、共混时间对力学性能影响较大。随着共混温度的增加,力学性能先增加后降低;随着转子转速增加,力学性能上升;随着共混时间的增加,力学性能先上升后降低。综合加工及性能等各因素,确定的加工工艺条件为:共混温度为180℃,转速为100 r/min,共混时间为10 min。
SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer(STPV)was prepared on a Haake torque rheometer using dynamic vulcanization technology,and the effect of the blending process on its properties was determined.The experimental results showed that the blending temperature,rotor speed and blending time have a great influence on the mechanical properties.The mechanical properties increase first and then decrease with the increase of blending temperature,and increase with the increase of rotor speed,and increase and then decrease with the increase of blending time.Considering comprehensive processing and performance factors,the best processing conditions are:blending temperature of 180℃,rotor speed of 100 r/min,blending time of 10 min.
