U—PVC Dry Blends in Fusion Process

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜,研究了U-PVC干混粉料在转矩流变仪中熔融、塑化时物料形态的变化,并分析了转矩升降变化的规律和原因.发现在转矩流变曲线上加料峰以后U-PVC树脂晶粒就不断地被粉碎为初级粒子及其附聚体;转矩的升降是多种作用的联合结果. In this paper, the morphological characteristics of U - PVC dry blends melted and gelated m a torque rheometer is studied by a SEM, and the law and reason of the torque increasing and decreasing are also analyzed. It is found that the grains of U - PVC resin are continuously dispersed into primary particles and their aggregates after the loading peak of the torque curve and the change of the torque is an united effect of many factors.
