摘要 为了解新中国成立以来水利科技人才与学科发展状况,在一定程度上体现我国水利学科发展和水利科技文献产出间的内在联系,本文运用文献计量学和数理统计方法,以《水利学报》1956-2018年发表的7200余篇论文作为研究对象,从作者的发文情况、核心作者群的数量、作者的合作程度、作者的单位和地区分布、论文的研究主题等方面进行统计分析。明确了本刊核心作者群的数量及其分布,他们不仅代表我国水利科学研究的高素质人才,为期刊提供了大量的优质稿件,而且为我国水利科技进步和水利水电事业的发展都做出了很大贡献。通过解析论文作者的分布状况,可大致了解我国高水平水利科学研究者的单位和地区的分布情况,作者的单位分布主要集中在科研院所和高校,尤其高产作者全部来自科研院所和高校,说明科研院所和高校在我国的水利科学研究中具有举足轻重的作用;作者的地区分布具有分布广而不均衡的特点,北京、江苏和湖北是水利科研人员的聚集地,所发论文占全部论文的半数以上。在研究主题方面,《水利学报》具有多主题性和相对集中性的特点,并形成了7大研究主题。本文通过分析《水利学报》载文量、著者分布、合著程度、研究主题等衡量刊物质量与办刊水平的重要指标,更直观地反映我国水利学科的研究状况和发展趋势,可为促进我国水利科研队伍的建设和科研整体水平进一步提高提供参考。 In order to understand the status of water resources science and technology talents and disciplines development since the founding of New China,analyzedby bibliometrics and mathematical statistics,more than 7200 papers published in the Journal of Hydraulic Engineering from 1956 to 2018 are discussed,involving the author’s papers publication,number of core author groups,cooperation degree of author,unit and regional distribution of the author,and research topics of papers,which partly reflects the internal relationship between the development of water resources discipline and the output of water resources science and technology literature in China. In this paper,the number and distribution of core author groups are clarified,which not only represent the high-quality talents of water science research in China,and provide a large number of high-quality manuscripts for the journal,but also make great contributions to the progress of water resources scientific research and the development of water resources and hydropower undertakings of the journal. The distribution status of authors are analyzed,by which the distribution of regional and institutions of water resources science research authors can be understood generally in China. The authors of this journal are mainly distributed in research institutes and universities,they are the main providers of manuscripts, and especially high-yield authors are all from research institutes and universities. It shows that research institutes and universities play an important role in water resources science research in China. The author’s regional distribution is characterized by a wide distribution and unevenness. The gathering places for water resources researchers are Beijing,Jiangsu,and Hubei,their papers account for more than half of all papers. In terms of research topics,the Journal of Hydraulic Engineering has the characteristics of multi-theme and relative concentration,and has formed seven research topics. Through the analysis of the important indicators of the quality of publications and the level of publications,such as the published papers quantity,the distribution of authors,the degree of co-author,and the research topics,the research status and development trend of water resources discipline in China are reflected more intuitively,which provide reference for promoting the construction of water resources research team of China and the overall improvement of scientific research.
