摘要 目的:进一步提高医院管理和便民服务水平,运用ESIA法分析门诊业务特点,设计并实践门诊业务流程再造。方法:应用互联网、人工智能等信息技术拓展医疗服务空间和内容,构建覆盖门诊诊前、诊中、诊后的线上线下一体化服务模式。结果:优化了门诊服务流程,清除、简化流程中冗余环节,提高医疗服务供给与需求匹配度。结论:基于"互联网+"的门诊业务流程再造有效提升患者的就医价值获得感和医院服务效能。 Objective: To further improve the hospital management and convenience service level, use the ESIA method to analyze the characteristics of outpatient services, design and implement the outpatient business process reengineering. Methods: Apply Internet, artificial intelligence and other information technology to expand the space and content of medical services, and build an online and offline integrated service model before, during and after the outpatient clinic. Results: The outpatient service process was optimized, the redundant links in the process were eliminated and simplified, and the matching of medical service supply and demand was improved. Conclusion: Business process reengineering of outpatient based on "Internet +" effectively improve the access to medical care for outpatients and hospital service effectiveness.
