摘要
目的:研发集临床专科文字病历数据库、医学影像采集与处理、智能化检索、统计学分析、随访管理等功能为一体的临床专科病例收集与随访系统。方法:采用VC++6.0、Powerbuilder12.0编程语言及Sybase Sql anywhere 8.0数据库、Leadtools开发包在Windows XP操作系统中编程实现。结果:成功地开发完成了临床专科病例收集与随访系统,在多家三甲级医院临床科室取得了良好的应用效果。结论:临床专科病例收集与随访系统紧密结合临床需求开发,具有很强的实用价值,实现了临床专科病例的收集、随访、检索、统计分析功能,惠及医疗、教学和科研工作。
Objective To develop medical case collection and follow-up system with the functions of case database, medical image capturing and processing, intelligent searching, statistic treatment, and follow-up management. Methods The system was programmed by Microsoft visual C＋＋6.0, Powerbuilderl2.0, Sybase Sql anywhere 8.0 and Leadtools on the WindowsXP operating system. Results The system was developed successfully and was popularized in many hospitals. Conclusion The system is practicable including many functions such as case collection, follow-up management, searching, statistic treatment, which is beneficial to medicine, instruction and research.
