摘要
以国内某大型干散货码头作业区东1#、东2#泊位为例,通过设备选型,系统的论述了几种常见类型装船机的优缺点及适用范围。通过工艺方案设计、比选和优化,确定码头装船工艺布置方案。该工程的装船机设备选型和装船工艺布置方案,对干散货装船码头工艺设计具有很好的借鉴作用。
This paper takes the berths of East 1 and East 2 of the large dry bulk operation area in China as an example.Through the equipment selection,the advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of several common types of ship loaders are systematically discussed.Through the design,comparison,and optimization of the process plan,the docking process layout plan is determined.The ship loader equipment selection and ship loading process layout plan of this project have a good reference for the dry bulk cargo ship terminal process design.
