摘要
通过对一台使用近20年的装船机结构服役安全评估,发现该装船机门架支腿部位存在一较大开裂损伤缺陷。结合该设备的历史使用工况、使用环境等,对引起开裂的各种因素进行了详细的分析,提出了相应的修复方案,并对修复后的结构部位进行现场应力测试验证,结果符合安全使用要求。
Through service safety evaluation for the structure of ship loader used for nearly 20 years,it＇s found that there is a large cracking damage at the gantry leg of the ship loader.Considering its historical service condition and environ-ment,detailed analysis is performed for various factors causing cracking,with corresponding repair solution put for-ward.The refitted structural part undergoes the site stress test and verification,with the result consistent with safety operat-ing requirements.
