摘要
在当前城乡规划职能并入自然资源部的大背景下,传统的城镇体系规划面临着新的形势,市域城镇体系规划应转变为具有独立地位与作用的区域性全域战略规划,更加强调统一、协同的管理,注重综合化以及对结果负责,在技术方法上也应进行相应的转型和调整。本文以楚雄州(市)域城镇体系规划编制的技术思路与重点的转变为例,探讨了新形势下州(市)域城镇体系规划编制的新思路和新方法。
Under the background of the integration of urban and rural planning functions into the Ministry of Natural Resources,the traditional urban system planning is facing a new situation.The municipal urban system planning should be transformed into a regional global strategic plan with independent status and role,with more emphasis on unification and coordination.It should emphasizes integration and being responsible for the results,and also should make the transformation and adjustment on the technical methods.This paper takes the transformation of the technical ideas and key points in the planning of the urban system in Chuxiong Prefecture(city)as an example to explore the new thoughts and new methods for the planning and preparation of the urban system in the prefecture(city)under the new situation.
