摘要
《道光同治年漳泉湧典价老账》是沁县商号漳泉湧的经营记录之一,现收录于《晋商史料集成》,第十七册。它记载了漳泉湧自嘉庆元年(1796)至同治六年(1867)七十余年的土地经营历程。漳泉湧本身具经商、地主、高利贷三位一体的经营特点,七十余年间占地九百余亩,向民间输送资金五百八十余万文,经营范围涵盖沁县三分之一,并且参与到当地里社摊派之中,是晚清沁县地区的"农商结合企业";漳泉湧以合伙方式筹集商业资本经营土地的模式,对于当今乡村振兴战略之下农村产业深度融合,工商业资本参与经营农业仍有借鉴意义。
"two years to six years classic price old account" is one of the business records of Qinxian firm Zhangquanyong,is now stored in Beijing Jin merchant museum. It records more than 70 years of business process of Zhangquanchung from the first year of Jiaqing(1796) to Tongzhi sixth years(1867);It mainly includes the forms of land right transaction such as land pledge,mortgage and sale,money borrowed and so on. Zhangquanyong itself has the business characteristics of a trinity of businessmen,landlords and loan sharers,covering an area of more than 900 mu in more than 70 years,and transferring more than 5.8 million yuan of funds to the private sector. Its business scope covers one third of Qinxian county. Its business model is still of reference significance under the strategy of rural revitalization today.
