摘要
目的:观察加味红藤败酱汤并中药灌肠治疗(Pelvic Inflammatory Disease,PID)慢性盆腔炎疾病后遗症的临床治疗效果。方法:收集我院2015年1月-2016年1月盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用替硝唑联合头孢曲松钠,观察组使用加味红藤败酱汤并中药灌肠,比较两组患者症状缓解状况、治疗效果、中医症状积分、炎性因子。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,对照组为84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗10 d内症状缓解率比较对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医症状积分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后降钙素原、白细胞、中性粒细胞改善程度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将加味红藤败酱汤并中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疾病后遗症,效果显著,能够提升治疗效果,快速缓解症状,降低中医症状积分,改善炎性因子,临床应用及推广价值极高。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Hongteng Baijiang decoction(红藤败酱汤)plus enema on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:100 patients were divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was given tinidazole plus ceftriaxone sodium,and the observation group was given the Hongteng Baijiang decoction plus enema.Results:The total efficiency was 98.00%in the observation group,and better than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Rate of symptom relief at 10 days in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Procalcitonin,leukocytes and neutrophils in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Hongteng Baijiang decoction plus enema on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease is effective,by relieving symptoms,decreasing TCM symptoms and improving inflammatory molecule,and is worthy of promotion.
