基于多部件串联系统的屏蔽数据在恒定应力下的最优设计

The Optimal Design of Masked Data under Constant-stress Based on Multi-component Series System

摘要 本文在指数分布下考虑恒定应力寿命试验在成本控制下的最优设计问题.试验系统为多部件串联系统,试验数据类型为屏蔽数据.首先,在给定假设的情况下,写出屏蔽数据的似然函数并求其极大似然估计和Fisher信息阵.然后,根据最优设计里的D-最优准则和V-最优准则,建立D-最优模型和V-最优模型.最后,对两种优化模型进行数值模拟,计算其可行性. The paper probes into the optimal design issue involved in the constant stress life test under the cost control with the exponential distribution. The testing system is a series system with multi-componentand the testing data type is the masked data. Firstly, under the given hypothesis, the likelihood function of the masked data is written out and MLE(Maximum Likelihood Estimation) and Fisher information matrix is required. Then, the D-optimal model and V-optimal model are respectively established based on the D-optimal criterion and V-optimal criterion in the optimal design. Finally, the feasibility of the two optimization models is calculated by numerical simulation.
