摘要
本文主要讨论了指数分布情形下,均值对数与加速应力满足通常的Arrhenius模型或逆幂律情形时,恒定应力加速试验在定数截尾和定时截尾二种情形下试验的最优设计。
This paper deals with experiments design when life testing is conducted at stress levels above that which would normally be applied in normal usage. A range of stress for testing is prescribed. The problem considered is that of specifying the number and location of stress levels in the prescribed range at which the life tests will be conducted and proportion of the total sample of specified size to be randomly allocated to each testing level.
