摘要
针对反刍动物传统饲喂方式机械化水平低、传统的日粮配制工艺难以达到动物营养浓度要求等问题,通过调查研究法和对比分析法,研究国内市场上具有代表性的TMR制备机的发展现状,分析其基本结构与工作原理,并对关键部件进行分析,提出TMR制备机目前存在的问题及发展建议。研究表明,TMR制备机在国内具有广阔的发展空间,需进一步加强搅龙、料箱等关键部件的优化设计研究,提高自主研发能力,以提高TMR制备机的通用性,促进国内畜牧业的快速发展。
In view of the low level of mechanization of ruminant traditional feeding methods and the difficulty of reaching the requirement of animal nutrient concentration by traditional dietary formulation technology, this paper studies the development status of representative TMR machine in domestic market through investigation and comparative analysis. Its basic structure and working principle have been studied. The key components have been analyzed. The existing problems and development suggestions of TMR machine has been put forward. The research shows that TMR machine has a broad development space in China. It is necessary to further strengthen the optimization design research of key components such as augers and bins, and improve the independent research and development capabilities. In this way, the versatility of the TMR preparation machine is improved, and the rapid development of the domestic animal husbandry industry is promoted.
