摘要
为了研究全混合日粮混合均匀度的检测方法,并揭示全混合日粮混合机相关的结构及运行参数对其影响,采用自行研制的小型转轮式全混合日粮混合机,以转子转速(5-100r·min-1)、混合时间(2-20min)、充满系数(10%-90%)和混合叶板角度(0-45°)为试验因素,以变异系数作为混合均匀度考核指标,分别对物理法、筛分法和化学法(甲基紫法和摩尔法)3种检测方法进行试验研究。试验结果表明:在满足混合均匀度要求的条件下,物理法中的小颗粒法(如小豆和稻粒)、筛分法中的φ5孔筛和底层筛法及化学法(甲基紫法和摩尔法)用来检测全混合日粮混合均匀度更可行,其变异系数最小值从大到小的顺序为小豆(13.9%)〉稻粒(12.7%)〉底层筛(12.5%)〉φ5孔筛(10.1%)〉甲基紫法(9.1%)〉摩尔法(3.7%)。且随着转子转速、混合时间、充满系数和混合叶板角度的增大,其变异系数的变化趋势均是先减小后增大,并且各试验因素对于物理法中的芸豆、黑豆、黄豆和筛分法中第一层、第二层、第四层筛上物质量的影响程度相对较大,而对化学法影响程度很小。以上研究可为全混合日粮混合均匀度检测方法的选择提供参考,同时为全混合日粮混合机的结构设计和运行参数的选择提供依据。
To stu dy the detection method of mixing uniformity of total mixed ration and reveal the Influence of total mixed ration mixer parameters, with the self-designed paddlewheel total mixed ration mixer, rotor speed(5-100 r·min-1), mixing time(2-20min), fullness coefficient 10%-90%) and the angle of the mixing plate(0-45°)were chosen as experimental factors, and variation coefficients were decided as the evaluation index of mixing uniformity, three detection methods(physical method, sieving method and chemical method) were applied to study the mixing uniformity of total mixed ration respectively. Experiment showed that the small particle method of physical method(such as: adzuki bean and rice grain), φ5 sieve and the bottom sieve method of sieving method and chemical method(Methyl violet method and Moore method) were feasible to detect the mixing uniformity of total mixed ration, under the condition that the requirements of mixing uniformity of total mixed ration were met. The descending order of variation coefficient that obtained from the experiment was: adzuki bean(13.9%) rice grains(12.7%) bottom sieve(12.5%) φ5 sieve(10.1%) methyl violet method(9.1%) Moore method(3.7%). By comprehensive analysis and comparison among the three detection methods, it was concluded that the variation coefficient were all first decreased and then increased, with the increasing of rotor speed, mixing time, fullness coefficient and the angle of the mixing plate, and each experimental factor had a relatively larger effect on the mass of kidney beans, black beans and soy of physical method and the first, second, fourth layer of sieving method.These studies could provide a reference to detection method of mixing uniformity of total mixed ration, at the same time provide the basis for sthe structural design and electing operating parameters for the total mixed ration mixer.
