摘要
通丝吊架作为承受母线重量的承重构件,不但需保证母线的运行安全,还需保证其下面人员和设备的安全。通过对西门子母线通丝吊架在轻载和重载工况下的有限元分析,得到通丝吊架的总体安全系数,然后再重点分析其重要组成构件C型钢和槽钢的安全系数,最后对其进行优化得到优化后的通丝吊架总体和槽钢安全系数,使得通丝吊架系统的整体设计更加合理。
The harness cord hanger was used as the load-bearing component to withstand the weight of the busbar.It not only needed to ensure the safety of the busbar,but also ensure the safety of the personnel and equipment under it.Through finite element analysis of the SIEMENS busbar hanger in the light load and heavy load condition,the overall safety factor of the harness cord hanger was obtained,and then the safety factor of the C-type steel and slot steel of the important component were mainly analyzed.Finally,the optimization of the harness cord hanger and the safety factor of the slot steel were optimized,which made the overall design of the harness cord hanger system more reasonable.
